Gilbreoth, the Elder God

Before there was time, there was Gilbreoth. Gilbreoth created the world and the other gods, though he is far removed from them now. Debates can rage for days over whether or not Gilbreoth created the universe, or if something older created him, but regardless, he is the oldest know being to exist. He is sometimes described as an elderly man in white robes, or the culmination of all energies, or even the wind in the trees.

He is considered responsible for the source of all magic. Gilbreoth is enigmatic, and a difficult deity to understand. As such, few clerics follow him; though, many of his philosophical points have found their way in countless other religions.
